i have had 3 green teas today!
but thats okay, did you know drinking green tea improves the amount of bile you have on the inside of your stomach
bile is used to breakdown fat quickly, before it is stored
therefore green tea= better metabolism = faster weight loss = YAY!
so if you feel like you’ve eaten too much or done a bit of a binge eating sesh
just drink some green tea, and it should help you just that little bit :)
